The York Train Meet is proudly sponsored by the Eastern Division of the Train Collectors Association (TCA).
Public Access Options:
Public Day Pass – Dealer Halls
General admission for the public is just $10 per day, granting access to the Orange and Purple Dealer Halls on Friday and/or Saturday. These halls are packed with dealers, vendors, and exhibitors offering trains, parts, accessories, and unique finds for every level of enthusiast. It’s the perfect entry point for anyone who wants to see what the York Train Fair is all about.
$20 Day Pass – One-Day TCA Membership
Beginning with the Fall 2025 York Train Fair, members of the public can upgrade to a $20 one-day pass that provides all-day access to every hall—seven halls in total, on the Friday or Saturday of the York Train Meet.
With this pass, you become a one-day member of the Train Collectors Association. You’ll be able to explore the dealer halls, operating layouts, educational exhibits, and member-only spaces that are normally reserved for TCA members.
This is a one-time special opportunity that can be exercised on Friday or Saturday only, designed to open the full York experience to the public and promote TCA membership. Whether you’re a serious collector considering membership or want to immerse yourself in the entire event to see if membership is right for you, the $20 pass is your chance to see everything the York Train Meet has to offer.
This option may only be exercised one time. Subsequent admission to members-only spaces during the same or future York Train Meets will require joining the Train Collectors Association.
All attendees, including members, family, and guests, must be registered and wear a badge for entry into any building. Badges must be visible at all times.
Guests must present a valid ID to pick up their badge at the door.
