Registration Overview

The York Train Meet is proudly sponsored by the Eastern Division of the Train Collectors Association (TCA).

Public Access: The Dealer Halls (Orange and Purple Halls) are open to the general public on Friday and Saturday.

All attendees, including members, family, and guests, must be registered and wear a badge for entry into any building. Badges must be visible at all times.
Guests must present a valid ID to pick up their badge at the door.

We offer several convenient ways to register for the York Meet:

  • By Mail: Using the form found in the York Meet Notice
  • At the Door during the Meet

Bonus: You can now register for the next York Meet while attending the current one! Visit the registration table in the Silver Hall, across from the main registration desk. (Limited hours.)


Registration Categories

  • Member attending the Meet only
  • Member attending and reserving a table in a non-dealer hall
  • Member attending and reserving a table/booth in a dealer hall

Note: By registering, you agree to read and follow all Meet Rules. All table and booth holders must display trains or train-related items and remain set up through 2:00 PM Saturday.

Attending as a Guest

The York Train Meet is open to TCA members, their families, and guests. We welcome new enthusiasts by allowing them to attend one meet as a guest, sponsored by a current TCA member.

As a guest, you’ll also have the opportunity to join TCA on-site at the Silver Hall Registration Desk or online at www.traincollectors.org.
To attend future York Meets, TCA membership is required.


Important Guest Information

  • All guests must register and pick up their badge at the door (Photo ID required)
  • Badges must be visible at all times for building access
  • Badge holders are available at check-in for $3.00
  • For safety:
    • No wagons, suitcases, or large backpacks
    • Single-width strollers only
