How many guests may I bring to the meet?
You may bring as many guests as you like. As a reminder, guests are permitted to attend one meet. After that, they must join the Train Collectors Association (TCA) to continue attending the York Meet. Please refer to your meet notice for the guest registration form.

Why didn’t I receive a Meet Notice in the mail?
There are several common reasons:
- You didn’t register for at least one York Meet in the past year.
- You recently joined TCA and missed the mailing window.
- Postal delivery problems, such as an incorrect address, expired forwarding, or damaged/torn mail.
